Cylinder Throating Reamers are only offered as a Removable (Live) Pilot. Each Cylinder Throating Reamers includes (1) .4270" Pilot Bushing to nominal size. The Cylinder Pilot Bushing Packs offer a solution to variation in cylinder diameters and can be purchased separately.

TiCN Coating, formally known as Titanium Carbo-Nitride coating, is an all-purpose strengthening coating that does especially well with cutting applications. Adding a total thickness of approximately .0001″ – .0002″ (2 – 5 Microns), TiCN coating will lengthen the life of your reamer and  keep your tools sharper for longer. Choosing to have your tools TiCN coated may add 2-3 weeks to your lead time.
