Manson Precision Reamers’ products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. If you feel one of our tools does not perform as it should, please call or email for suggestions as to its use.

We emphasize customer service above all else and strive to provide the best possible tooling. If a tool is not right, it will be repaired or replaced, at our option. In all cases, our liability is limited to replacement of the defective tool.

Items that will not be covered under any warranty include broken or damaged tools, previously used or dulled tools, missing tooling, or incorrect tooling due to error on behalf of the customer. Warranties may be honored on a case-by-case basis depending on the scenario.

It is recommended that all customers read the tooling instructions and useful information documents found on our website, prior to using any tooling. It is always better to educate yourself and ask questions before ruining an expensive tool.

Cancellation Policy

There is a $25.00 fee for cancellation, processing, & restocking back-ordered and out of stock items. Manson Reamers goes to great lengths to ensure our customers know inventory status, prior to purchasing a tool. When these items are purchased, our team begins a process that includes administrative work, processing the order, issuing a traveler to the shop for the tool(s), and holding any “in stock” items for you until the remainder of the order is complete. When an order is cancelled, many steps that were performed need to be “eliminated” by our team to cancel the item(s) and paperwork. Since the back-order and out of stock status is advertised prior to purchasing, we issue a cancellation charge to cover our costs.

RETURN policy

All sales are considered final from the time of purchase, unless the criteria of the above Warranty Policy have been met.

An item may not be returned for a refund if the product has been used. In the event that a refund is requested, Manson Precision Reamers will perform a full inspection on any discrepant product prior to claiming a warranty issue.

Under no circumstances will a refund will be issued without the physical product being returned and evaluated. Refunds will be considered at the discretion of Manson Precision Reamers.

It is recommended that all customers read the tooling instructions and useful information documents found on our website, prior to using any tooling. It is always better to educate yourself and ask questions before ruining an expensive tool.

What this Return Policy simply means is that we stand behind our products and will repair or replace them when indicated. We will not, however, reimburse for a ruined component if a customer has not taken reasonable steps–as described above–to ensure that our tooling meets his requirements.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

You may order digital gift certificates in predefined values from $20 to $500 on MansonReamers.com.

Digital gift certificates will be emailed to you to download and/or print. In addition, you will have the option to email digital gift certificates to one (1) recipient of your choice per order.

Digital gift certificates can be used towards the purchase of any product listed on MansonReamers.com. They retain their value for 5 years from the purchase date.

Digital gift certificates are not refundable or replaceable even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. This digital gift certificate is redeemable only at MansonReamers.com. To use, enter the provided code at checkout.

This gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. It is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

How do I send you tools or samples?

Please include detailed instructions for the work you want done as well as your name, address, phone number and payment information. Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering resharpening services on chamber reamers. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We will, however, continue to resharpen all choke tooling, receiver truing tooling, throaters, neck sizers, and misc tooling. Thank you for your understanding, We hope to bring these services back in full in the near future.

When will my order be shipped?

We try to ship most of our standard inventory items as soon as possible. Although most items listed in our catalog are generally in stock, there are times when these items are out of stock and your order is placed on backorder. Please wait approximately 1-2 weeks before contacting us on the status of an order. For online orders only, you will receive an order confirmation email at the time of the order and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We appreciate your patience on this matter.

Often times, a choosing a removable pilot on your tool may add 1-2 weeks, depending on the scenario. This is because we may need to install the removable pilot on a solid pilot, which adds a small lead time. Please wait approximately 1-2 weeks before contacting us on the status of an order.

If a special/custom tool is being made on your order, then the shipping date will be quoted at the time the order is processed.

In the event that your order has not been shipped within the quoted lead time, please contact us.

what if i don't receive my order?

In the event that your order never shows up, please contact us immediately so we can assist.

If your order was marked as delivered but did not arrive, we recommend waiting 48 hours from the delivery time before contacting customer service. Please also check side entrances, or neighbors to see if your package was misplaced.

For international orders, there is often a delay in the shipping process, which may lead to longer than projected shipping times.

Can I change my shipping information after my order has been placed?

Our teams work very hard to begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Because of this, we are not always able to change shipping information such as addresses, payment, and shipping methods.

Please contact us immediately if changes need to be made to your order and will try to accommodate.

Are there countries that you do not ship to?

Manson Precision Reamers will not ship products to the following countries: Afghanistan, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cyprus, Cote d’Ivoire, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Haiti, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Republic of Sudan, Liberia, Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Burma, Belarus. Other countries may be denied at any time at the discretion of Manson Precision Reamers.

Why Was My Payment Declined at Checkout?
