1. Sponsor: Manson Precision Reamers, 8200 Embury Road, Grand Blanc, MI 48439, USA (810-953-0732).
2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Manson Precision Reamers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted online beginning 12:00 AM ET on November 17, 2025 and ending 11:59 PM ET on December 17, 2025.
4. How to Enter: Complete and submit the entry form available at https://mansonreamers.com/manson-barrel-vise-giveaway/. All required fields (first name, last name, email, phone number, and ZIP code) must be completed accurately. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per unique email address will be counted.
5. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Manson Barrel Vise (approximate retail value $99.99). No cash or other substitutions permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
