Manson Neck and Throater Reamers allow for alterations of the Neck and Freebore/Throat diameters in the same process.
Neck and Throater Reamers are available in both Solid and Removable Pilot options. The Removable Pilot option may add up to 2 weeks to your order.
TiCN Coating, formally known as Titanium Carbo-Nitride coating, is an all-purpose strengthening coating that does especially well with cutting applications. Adding a total thickness of approximately .0001″ – .0002″ (2 – 5 Microns), TiCN coating will lengthen the life of your reamer and keep your tools sharper for longer. Choosing to have your tools TiCN coated may add 2-3 weeks to your lead time.
Standard neck diameters and throat lengths suit the largest popular caliber in a specific bore size.
