PLEASE NOTE: For back-ordered out of stock items there is a $25.00 fee for cancellation, processing, & restocking. Manson Reamers goes to great lengths to ensure our customers know inventory status, prior to purchasing a tool. When these items are purchased, our team begins a process that includes administrative work, processing the order, issuing a traveler to the shop for the tool(s), and holding any “in stock” items for you until the remainder of the order is complete. When an order is cancelled, many steps that were performed need to be “eliminated” by our team to cancel the item(s) and paperwork. Since the back-order and out of stock status is advertised prior to purchasing, we issue a cancellation charge to cover our costs.
