Sales Representative
Responsibilities
- Fully participate in and support the organization’s commitment to customer service.
- Process incoming orders via phone, email, website, or mail.
- Assist customers with questions or concerns.
- Answer phone lines and emails professionally and promptly.
- Generate customer orders in QuickBooks and process invoices.
- Coordinate and accept credit card payments as needed.
- Maintain organized filing of company records and sales.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Assist President and Plant Manager as needed.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Preferred Experience
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of QuickBooks administrative software
- Professional email and phone etiquette
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
